Topic: Looking for reliable experiences on Siemens service department
Alright people, anyone else using Siemens gear? We've been on their support for a bit now and gotta say it's decent. The support team genuinely seem to know what they're doing. Had a funky glitch last week and they got it handled quicker than I expected. Not gonna lie, their online portal is a little outdated but once you're in everything's there. Overall no major complaints so far. Anyone got other experiences? Keen to hear if it's just us.
