Looking for experiences with the сан пединстанция in my area

Anyone else had to deal with the санпединстанция lately? What a process. Felt like I was there for hours just for that single document. Such is life with the necessary paperwork. Fingers crossed I don't have to see them anytime soon! How did it go for you guys?
