looking for reliable opinions on siemens repair network

Hey everyone, anyone else running Siemens gear? We have been on their service plan for a bit now and gotta say it's decent. The techs actually seem to know what they're doing. We had a funky issue last week and they sorted it quicker than I thought they would. Not gonna lie, the portal is a kind of old-school but once you're in it gets the job done. Overall no major complaints so far. Anyone got other experiences? Curious to know what others think.
