Seeking trustworthy feedback on Siemens technical service center

Anyone else using a Siemens service lately? Had to get a tech out for one of our vintage units and man, I gotta say. The guy they sent was super sharp, didn't just throw parts at it. Process was way more efficient than I figured it would be. Still not cheap, but you get what you pay for. What's your experience? Heard they're top tier or are there better options?
