After some thoughts on whether to unpack straight away

Good thread — worth a reply from me. From what I have seen, a place stops being confusing around the third day. What I notice is how few people plan anything for the day they land home. An early night on arrival is worth more than an extra evening out. People with a tight itinerary need a slower start than they plan for. Good conversations in threads like this.
