Looking for guidance on Siemens customer support

Hey folks, anyone else running Siemens service? Honestly their tech folks is pretty solid for us. Really on the ball and fixed our issue quicker than we thought. Gotta admit some of their legacy systems are kinda clunky, but their latest updates is a step up. All in all decent kit, just my experience. Anyone have thoughts?
