Topic: looking for experiences with siemens service & support
Yo everyone, anybody using Siemens gear? We've been using their support for a couple months and gotta say it's decent. Their guys genuinely get it. Had a funky glitch last week and they fixed it way faster than I expected. Not gonna lie, their online portal is a bit clunky but once you're in it gets the job done. All in all no major complaints up to now. Anybody have a different take? Curious to know if it's just us.
