looking for advice on siemens service experience

Hey folks, anyone else using Siemens tech? We have been using their service for ages and it's kind of a mixed bag. Honestly, the stability is mostly top-notch. Ugh, sometimes the user side feels like it's from another decade. That said, when it works, you forget it's even there. Anybody have tips for the less fun parts? Maybe is it just me completely off base seeing this?
