looking for trustworthy siemens service specialists in my area

Alright folks, anybody running Siemens service? We've been using their support thing for a few months and its pretty solid. The interface is a little clunky at first, gotta be honest, but after you figure it out it is really capable. The help desk was clutch last week when we had a problem. So yeah, definitely recommend checking it out. Wondering what others think?
