Topic: Looking for advice on Siemens' customer service
Yo folks, any other users running Siemens stuff? We've got some of their automation kit at my work and man it's solid. Their TIA Portal though can be a total headache sometimes, am I right? A tough curve to learn but once you get it it's powerful. Siemens support was pretty decent the few times called. Kinda wondering what the consensus is. Worth the premium or overkill for most setups?
