looking for reliable siemens service in my area

Yo folks, anybody been checking out the service from Siemens lately? My experience has been it's decent. Recently I needed a part, their tech folks were on the ball. Not gonna lie, occasionally the wait times can drag a bit, but in the end they fixed me up. Any other experiences? I've heard it varies depending on your region.
