seeking reliable experiences on siemens' support center

Alright everyone, anyone else on Siemens service on their setup? I'm messing around with the their automation suite lately and honestly it's pretty solid. The learning curve is real, not gonna lie, but once you push through the reliability is insane. Their support can be hit or miss depending on, but the forums are gold. Anybody else working on Siemens HMIs? Drop your tips.
