looking for trusted siemens repair specialists in the local area

Hey folks, anyone else on Siemens gear? Honestly their support team has been clutch recently. Super knowledgeable and fixed our issue way faster than I expected. Not gonna lie some of their older interfaces are kinda clunky, but their latest updates looks promising. All in all decent equipment, here's my experience. Anybody agree or disagree?
