Looking for advice on Siemens' support recently

Yo folks, anyone else running Siemens stuff? We recently got onboard with their support for our kit and gotta say it's been decent. A big step up from our old vendor in terms of response time. Though, the portal can be a bit slow at times. Anyone got tricks for getting around it faster? Thanks.
