looking for experiences with siemens support in our area

Hey everyone, anybody here using Siemens stuff? We recently got onboard with their support for our equipment and honestly it's been pretty solid. A big step up from our last provider in terms of getting back to us. Still, their online site can be a bit slow at times. Anybody have tips for getting around it faster? Thanks.
