looking for advice on siemens service experience

Yo folks, anyone else been working with the service from Siemens lately? I have to say it's decent. Recently I needed a part, their support team were on the ball. Honestly, occasionally the process can drag a bit, but in the end they fixed me up. Any other experiences? I've heard mixed things depending on your region.
